Based in Santa Cruz, Sarah personally guides every project from consult to close, and prides herself on clear communication and strong professional integrity.

She follows current design and color trends to keep each space fresh and modern, and to resonate with buyer expectations. She loves to mix in real plants whenever possible, and checks-in weekly to ensure every detail stays show-ready.

Her aesthetic goals are minimalist, calming, luxury inspired, and sophisticated — and her process is just as considered, with meticulous care for every property she touches.
