ABOUT

Sarah’s Story

Design That Builds Connection Between Buyers and Home

Sarah Brill founded her boutique staging and redesign studio with one intention: deliver hands-on, full-service design that exceeds expectations. She believes staging isn’t about filling rooms — it’s about creating a feeling. The kind that helps buyers instantly picture themselves at home.

Based in Scotts Valley, Sarah personally guides every project from consult to close.

She follows current design and color trends to keep each space fresh and modern, mixes in real plants whenever possible, and returns weekly to ensure every detail stays show-ready.

Her aesthetic is minimalist, calm, luxury, sophisticated, and feminine — and her process is just as considered: clear communication, professional proposals and contracts, and meticulous care for every property she touches.

Hello there, I’m

Sarah Groth Brill

I believe staging works best when it feels effortless — like the home was always meant to look that way.

My style is rooted in calm, minimal luxury with a hint of whimsy. I love natural textures, fresh whites, and a little eucalyptus magic. But more than anything, I love helping people see their home — or future home — in a whole new way.
